We are the strongest sweater manufacture to source & handle fancy yarn, we are importing yarn from different province of China, Taiwan, Korea, India, etc. Natural fiber, man made fiber, different qualities blended fiber etc. Our Designer participate in different yarn exhibition to see the trend idea & colors of Autumn/Winter & Spring/Summer at different time of the year. We also visit European fairs for trend ideas & do a lot of shopping across USA, EUROPE & JAPAN.
Manufacturing Garments
Our Sweaters production is a process where yarn is converted into knit and Knit is converted into sweter. We take orders from our buyers then we prepare the factory as per planning. Basically, we manufacture apparel has been divided into two sectors as domestic and export.We are producing sweaters by our fully computerized Jacquard machines. This is a 100% export oriented sweater industry. We don’t allow child labor. Most of the workers are highly skilled and rest all are skilled in their own duties
Ready – Made Garments Stocklot

Yarn sourcing
Yarns are a primary raw material for sweater knitting. Factory sources yarn in hank or spool form. The factory I worked had their own spinning mill and yarn dyeing unit.
Winding of yarns
In this process, yarns are winded into cones from hanks in the winding machine. These cones are stored for production
Yarn issue to production
Yarn distributor is employed for distributing yarn cones to operators. Yarn distributor collects yarns from a yarn store as per the order plan. Yarns cones are given to knitters based on their daily production capacity.
Knitting of sweater panels
Knitters knits sweater panels manually on flat knitting machine as per the design provided to them. In piece rate production knitting one worker makes all 4/5 panels (front, back, collar and 2 sleeves panels etc.).
Checking of panels
Quality checker checks 100% panels on a flat table (or under the light table). Measurement checking of panels is done randomly.
Linking of sweater
Knitted sweater panels are then sent to linking section. Different components of a sweater are joined together by means of linking machine.
Trimming
Loose yarns are trimmed in this stage by the trimmer.

in this process, knitting defects are repaired manually by the needle. Mending process is done prior to pressin
Button attaching / button holing
Sweaters are available in the front opening as well. So button attaching and buttonholing is done in the finishing stage
Sweater Washing
Washing is the mandatory process for cotton and the acrylic based sweaters. This is also an important process for setting sweater shrinkage.
Finishing
Similar to garment finishing, sweaters finishing the process involved checking of pieces, measuring checking, spot removing, repair work (mending) and ironing.
Folding and Packing
Sweaters are folded. Hang tags, Price Tags and other tags and stickers are attached to folded sweaters and packed into poly bags
Internal Final audit
This process is not mandatory, but a few factories audit sweaters prior to handing over shipment to the buyer representative for the final inspection.
Shipment inspection
Sample-based inspection is carried out by buyers' Quality Assurance personnel.
